This spacious 1200 sqft apartment offers abundant windows and light, and is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, a sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives and cutting board, glasses, flatware, and utensils. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, including a large rain-head shower, tub, granite vanity, and commode. Enjoy the comfort of two king-size memory foam beds, new sofas, a 55-inch smart TV, a work and dining area, a three-season sun porch, and in-unit laundry. One driveway parking spot is included, and additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and has no time limits. Guests have access to a shared patio space, BBQ grill, and backyard. This apartment is situated in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood in North Quincy, just a few blocks from the beach. You'll be within walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and bars. The North Quincy T Station on the Red Line is a 15-minute walk away, providing a 25-minute commute to downtown Boston. Access to highway 93 makes for quick trips to Boston and the South Shore. Downtown Boston is a 15-minute drive, as is the airport. Fenway Park is 25 minutes away, Plymouth is 45 minutes, and Cape Cod is an hour away (times may vary with traffic). The sound insulation between the two units is good but not perfect, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside, with a $500 fee for violations; smoking is permitted outside. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $75 per hour. Guests who cause damage will be charged the cost of repairs. Guests who fail to follow house rules may be asked to leave without refund. Quiet time is observed from 10 pm to 8 am.
