This comfortable and modern apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives, cutting board, glasses, flatware, and utensils. It is stocked with coffee, tea, food, and snacks. The brand-new bathroom includes a large vanity, commode, and is stocked with towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. For your comfort, there are three new queen memory foam beds, a 55" TV with streaming services, a second TV in one of the bedrooms, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, and a walk-in closet. Free off-street parking is available with one driveway spot, and additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and has no time limits. Conveniently located just 150 yards from the beach, this apartment offers easy access to Boston by car (15-25 minutes) or public transport (30-45 minutes). It is a short walk to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and bars. The North Quincy T Station on the Red Line is a 17-minute walk away, providing a 25-minute ride downtown. Highway 93 is nearby for quick access to Boston and the South Shore. Downtown Boston is a 15-minute drive, and the airport is approximately 15 minutes away. Plymouth is 45 minutes away, and Cape Cod is an hour's drive, though these times can vary with traffic. Wollaston is a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with a beach, businesses, and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a nearby park and playground. The sound insulation between the two units is good but not perfect, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Visitors are welcome, but only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is permitted outside, but there is a $500 fee for violations if smoking indoors.
