The master bedroom includes a full-size bed, and there is a single sofa bed in the other room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are available. There is a common area between the bedroom and office (kitchen and dining area). An extra single bed can be provided upon request. All pets must be approved in advance, and the pet fee varies between $250 and $350. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, a US Post Office/FedEx & UPS locations, banks, a money exchange, and a barber. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4, 5, and 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. Utilities are excluded and run for $330 per month (can be paid separately) and cover the electric, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV box with Netflix (between June 1st and October 1st the utilities are $350 per month). All check-ins must be coordinated in advance at least 48 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 10 pm and $100 after midnight. For reservations over 6 months, verification of employment and/or studies is required.
