Feel at home in this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests. Located in a walk-up building on the Upper East Side at East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (the stove is not functioning at the moment due to an outage of the gas company) and a marble-tiled bathroom. The master bedroom includes a full-size bed, and there is a single sofa bed in the other room. A single bed can be provided upon request. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are available. There is a common area between the bedroom and office (kitchen and dining area). All pets must be approved in advance, and the pet fee varies between $250 and $350. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office/FedEx & UPS locations, banks, money exchange, and a barber. The Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. Utilities such as electricity and Wi-Fi are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 a month (between June 1st and October 1st, the utilities are $350 per month). There is a Roku Streamer Box. If asking to add guests after booking, there will be an additional charge of $10/night for any extra guests. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 10pm and $100 after midnight. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. For reservations over 6 months, verification of employment and/or studies is required. All check-ins must be coordinated in advance at least 48 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, we will need advance notice of a few hours. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
