This is a non-smoking property, and smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; violating this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation, loss of full payment, and a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a $400 penalty. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; noise violations will incur an $80 charge. Trash violations will also incur an $80 charge. Cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, and leaves the place as they found it; an unreasonable mess post-checkout will result in an additional $100 fee.
