There is also a dining table with seating. The bathroom is clean, private, and fully stocked with a shower/tub combo, a vanity with a sink and mirror, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. One designated parking space is included. Instructions for printing the parking pass will be provided prior to check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. As the building management requires additional information about each pet included in the reservation, guests are requested to send the following pet details: Name, Breed, Color, Photo, Rabbit shots, and (if a service animal) Certification for the nature of service.
