Feel at home in this new construction 1-bedroom apartment with an open concept floor plan and a private balcony. This apartment features modern appliances, a 24-hour fitness center, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and a smart TV with Chromecast. The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Parking is not included. Free daytime street parking is available on Mineral St and on Washington St. Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets, for example, allowed on Mineral, Washington, 3rd St, and west side of 2nd St, but not allowed on east side of 2nd St. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. Located a 5-minute drive to Third Ward and a 15-minute drive to General Mitchell airport, this apartment is walkable to grocery and convenience stores, The Ivy House event space, and the city's best restaurants and bars along 2nd St and throughout the neighborhood. Smoking is prohibited, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Access to the mailbox and package room is only provided to long-term guests (30+ day stays), and we are not responsible for items delivered to the building. The bedroom has a sliding barn door that adds privacy but may not be 100% soundproof due to a small gap between the wall and sliding door. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
