We are sadly leaving the 321 building after a great year of living there. The staff was wonderful, there wasn't a single question or request that went unanswered. The maintenance department even dug through a dumpster to find my husbands sunglasses! The apartment itself was bright and sunny with high end finishes and tall ceilings. The location cannot be beat. Restaurants, festivals, theater and neighborhood events are always happening. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so memorable!

I moved to 321 from Brookfield in early spring. I love the square-shape of the apartment as it is easy to arrange furniture and decor. The building is very quiet and clean. The maintenance staff and management take care of business. They are awesome!! Luxury living at its best and I just love the variety of shops and eateries in the Third Ward. Way to go 321 Jefferson!!!
