This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. The apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave. Great amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and a lounge. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. The apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Nearby attractions include Renaissance Tower, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Majestic Theater, Chop House Burger, and Sushiya. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
