The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed. The living room sofa may serve as additional sleeping space but please note it does not have a pullout bed. Reserved parking is not included. Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. For reserved parking, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution. The nearest lot is directly across the street at 178 N Jackson which has 24/7 in/out access and costs roughly $8/day or $105/month for standard passenger vehicles (check SpotHero app for details). The building is centrally located in Third Ward just one block from the Summerfest grounds, with quick access to desirable shopping and dining options throughout the neighborhood. All within three blocks are the Third Ward shopping district, Summerfest grounds, the Riverwalk, coffee shops, and countless restaurants and bars. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking is allowed on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and will incur a $150 fee and additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
