The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed, with additional fees for remediation potentially applying.
