Crystal and Jennifer have made the viewing and application process extremely smooth. Such sweets gals. They have been accommodating even though they both have their hands full. They are doing a phenomenal job at getting back to me with answers to my many questions. Truly appreciated. The property is well maintained and you are getting a bang for your buck. I viewed many properties along with Maxwell and it was an obvious choice. Can't wait to move in!

Moving is never easy...but to move during the season's first snow storm is even more problematic! Maxwell Lofts Milwaukee helped to make my move stress, event, and problem free despite the weather. Everyone is incredibly friendly and so very helpful. Every detail about my move, down to the large wheeled-carts available for moving my boxes from the Entry to the fifth floor, was well thought out and professionally organized by Lynette! Her experience and know-how regarding the needs of a new tenant, and how to make those first few days as seamless as possible, made for a enjoyable move . And the apartment is beautiful...original wood flooring, large windows with scenic views, soaring ceilings, creative floors plan, character galore! Once this community gets fully up and running in Walkers Point, I'm guessing it will become a sought after place to live in Milwaukee. Kudos to Maxwell Lofts Milwaukee!
