Parking is on the street on a first come, first served basis. Rainey Street in downtown Austin, TX, is a unique and captivating enclave with bars that resemble houses, adorned with enchanting string lighting, and a delectable array of dining options. The atmosphere exudes an upscale vibe while maintaining an unpretentious and welcoming ambiance. Just a couple blocks away from Rainey St. and walking distance (or a short drive) from Downtown and the Eastside. Finding ride shares or grabbing a scooter is easy in Austin. Enjoy quick access to world-class racing, concerts, and entertainment, all while staying in comfort and style. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. Please do not leave any personal items on the patio. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules and provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation.
