Inside, modern updates blend seamlessly with historic charm, offering a cozy and vibrant home base in the heart of the city. The living area features a decorative brick fireplace, smart TV, and dedicated workspace, while the fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms provide all the comforts of home. The spacious bedrooms include plush king-size beds with fresh linens, ideal for restful nights, as well as two twins. Dogs and cats are allowed with approval and a pet fee. Please ensure you are cleaning up after your pets, as additional fines may occur for excessive clean-up. Step outside and enjoy the private fully fenced, gated property with a shared backyard designed for relaxation and fun. Imagine sipping your favorite drink by the fire pit under twinkling string lights, lounging in vibrant outdoor seating, or playing games in the spacious yard. The location couldn’t be better—you’ll be within walking distance to Roosevelt Row’s art scene, the Phoenix Art Museum, and Chase Field, plus some of the city’s top restaurants and coffee shops. A short drive brings you to the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, and other cultural hotspots. Guests will have access to the front property as well as the casita. Guests can contact the trusted partner with any questions. Important house rules include no additional guests other than the ones staying, with exceptions made upon arrangement. Violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy. Violations will result in a $500 fine. No parties are allowed, with no exceptions, and business events are permitted. Noise complaints or police involvement could lead to being asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies should be communicated as soon as possible. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of the next guests. The cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate without discounts, which does not grant access to the property for the day. If a refund to another guest is necessary due to overstaying, reimbursement for any refunds given is required. Damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in paying the day's rate for however many days it took to restore the property. Be respectful of the neighbors.
