The unit is pet-friendly (aggressive breeds not allowed), and there is a pet fee; communicate with the host if you intend to bring a pet. This is a non-smoking property; smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any reservation will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose all reservation payments, and you will also be penalized with a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or the building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a penalty of $400. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; a noise violation will result in an $80 charge. A trash violation will result in an $80 charge. Guests must leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass; each item will cost $100 to replace. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.
