All of the management was gone for a conference, and she was handling everything by herself. She always responded very quickly, with phenomenal customer service. Even though we ended up not getting approved, I’m still very happy with our experience. I’m honestly sad we won’t get to have her as our management at the apartments we ended up at. We love her!
