Woodland West is a great place to live. Two small building with 24 units each make it a manageable place to live. Each unit has a balcony or patio. The buildings are secured so you don't have people wandering in and out without being "buzzed" in first. The grounds are well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. If you work with them they work with you. I actually stop into the office to just say hello sometimes. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly, usually less than 24 hours. All of my issues have been resolved within an hour or so. I've never had to call on the weekend but I know that someone is on call. You can submit your maintenance requests online. There is on-site laundry on each floor. The floor plans have a nice layout. I rarely hear the neighbors unless they are in the hall. They allow large dogs and cats (for a fee). There is a pool and small fitness room. If there are real issues, the staff deals with it. If it's petty nonsense they expect us to be adults and work it out ourselves because we are, well, adults and not grade school children.
