One of the best place I have been living in recent times at PrairiGrass @ JordanCreek. Living space ambience is very good, very spacious, large bathrooms , greenery etc. Maintenance staff at this place is very good as their turnaround time in case of maintenance is so quick, in some cases it was less than an hour. The best part at this place is the leasing staff especially Shay, she is such a wonderful person who is very attentive, patient and addressed all my issues on time. If you are in west des moines area then I highly recommend this place for a great living experience. !!

For the price, this place is GREAT. You get your own entrance, hardwoods, in house washer & dryer, and central air. The lawn is always taken care of, and it’s nice that there are dog poop bag stations everywhere. We have lived here since April and no complaints so far!

I have lived here for several months now and this has been, bar none, the best experience I have had with a property management company.
The staff here are all really spectacular. Specifically I'd like to shout out the assistant property manager Shay. She has been remarkably kind and helpful with everything and is a wonderful point person for the property.

We've only lived here a short while but have already fallen in love with the apartment, the staff, and the community! Our apartment has meet all of our needs from our own entry way to a washer and dryer that actually works! The area is incredibly quiet with so many beautiful sounds of nature from the prairie and the fountains near by. The walls can be a little thin if you live near an excitable puppy or kids, but as a dog lover I can't say I hate all the happy puppies in the neighborhood! The neighborhood has been incredibly friendly so far with a lot of accessible walking paths where nearly everyone says hello as you walk by. Being close to so many shopping centers. and grocery stores is a huge plus for us. It only takes about 5-10 minuets to drive to the store opposed to our original 30min+!! We had a really great experience with the leasing office. They were incredibly friendly and helped get us set up with everything we needed with a warm welcome. They really helped us transition from an uncomfortable living situation to a comfortable happy home. I'm incredibly happy with how this process went and with the apartment we are loving to be in. I would highly recommend living here!

I've lived here for two years now. Pretty decent apartment. Fair price in this neighborhood with all the amenities. Leasing office staff are friendly and caring, especially Shay. Maintenance employees are super nice. Things get taken care of in 24 hours, sometimes the same day. Family neighborhood so it's pretty safe. Multiple grocery stores in 5-10 minutes driving distance.

Overall it was a great experience living here! I could sometimes hear the people below me but overall it was pretty quiet. The staff is very nice and almost all my service requests were resolved in the same day. I would recommend living here the only downside was the gym mostly because it was very small not many more than two people could be in there at a time and there wasn't any dumbbells but I can't dock them for that because I knew that moving in. Great location for the price!
