Prairie Grass at Jordan Creek welcomes your pet and requests the following guidelines be followed: Pets are restricted to two (2) in your Apartment Home. The following dog breeds are RESTRICTED: Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Wolf or any derivative mixed breeds. Small caged mammals such as gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, etc. are accepted. Reptiles, birds and amphibians are not accepted. All dogs must adhere to the Breed Restrictions and be approved by the Management Team prior to lease signing. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your apartment home. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. Please confirm with management office any applicable pet fees and monthly pet rents.

We invite you to enjoy the resort-style pool, work out in our 24-hour fitness center, and exercise your dog in the leash-free dog park. Stop in the clubhouse to use the Wi-Fi or for a cup a coffee from the free coffee bar. Each apartment is designed for your comfort with private, ground-level entries to every home, open kitchen layouts, 2" faux wood blinds, washer and dryer, spacious closets, and black appliances. One of the best place I have been living in recent times at PrairiGrass @ JordanCreek. Living space ambience is very good, very spacious, large bathrooms , greenery etc. Maintenance staff at this place is very good as their turnaround time in case of maintenance is so quick, in some cases it was less than an hour. The best part at this place is the leasing staff especially Shay, she is such a wonderful person who is very attentive, patient and addressed all my issues on time. If you are in west des moines area then I highly recommend this place for a great living experience. !!

For the price, this place is GREAT. You get your own entrance, hardwoods, in house washer & dryer, and central air. The lawn is always taken care of, and it’s nice that there are dog poop bag stations everywhere. We have lived here since April and no complaints so far!
