Jennifer has been extremely helpful and has responded to messages in a timely matter. There was a slight mistake regarding the apartment I originally rented as it was listed in the computer incorrectly however, The office immediately took action and corrected the situation within minutes. I highly recommend renting from Colonial Village.

The very best apartments. Everyone is so nice and they always take care of you and your needs. I have referred alot of of my friends. The management team are the best!!! Yes i even have a favorite but i don't think i can post her name. I'm so very pleased with all of the services and maintenance takes care of everything right away!!!!
