Living beyond our expectations! BelleMeade is our home, not just a place to live. Our townhome apartment is comfortable, quiet and full of luxury finishes. The front office, maintenance and grounds teams keep this complex running smoothly and looking great.

I've been living at BelleMeade for over 7 months now. I am in love with my home and I will definitely be a long term resident here, which is something I've never been able to say about an apartment before. Michael is such a great manager, he is always available and great at communicating with everyone. There always seems to be someone new in the office helping (Jody, Kelsey, Nick, Erin), but they are just that, so helpful. Maintenance guys are so nice and trustworthy, they only hire the best. My apartment is beautiful and everything is brand new. I really love that I never hear my neighbors because the buildings are built well, and seem to be sound proof. Important work orders are done really quickly. The community is clean and quiet. Landscaping is getting better every day. I'm excited for construction to be done, only because the place will be even better than it already is!! The construction really isn't a nuisance like I thought it would be. We don't have amenities YET, but a sister property is just down the road that has a BEAUTIFUL gym and pool, so nobody can be unhappy about that. The community events are fun to attend and you get to meet your neighbors. You can try as hard as you want, but you WILL NOT find a better apartment anywhere in the Des Moines Metro!

Great place to live. The neighbors and residents are super friendly. The front office staff is always willing to help and will do the most for you. Can't say enough about the maintenance team. They get Work Orders done as quick as they can and gets everything fixed the right way, plus they had my apartment in amazing condition before I moved in. The staff does a great job of communicating with everything. If you have any questions or concerns with something, someone is always there to help.

I absolutely LOVE BelleMeade Apartments!!
If you are looking for the highest elevated of living in all of West Des Moines, this is the place to be. The staff there is so kind and genuinely cares about the residents. When I moved in they said "Welcome to the BelleMeade Family" and that is exactly what it is! A Family!
I was looking for a place that was safe, secure, and had great features and that is it to a T! The apartments are built with quality and have all the bells and whistles. They have a brand new gym with weekly fitness classes, an amazing sized pool that opened last summer, a beautiful paved area with a fire pit, and of course their clubhouse; BEAUTIFUL.

I just recently moved to this complex and I was impressed the moment I set foot in my new home. The design and size of my apartment is the best I’ve seen in an apartment. Once inside I feel like I’m in a single family dwelling and can’t hear anything that my neighbors are doing in the adjacent units. The office staff are friendly, professional and respond with a sense of urgency when addressing issues when they arise. My AC went out my first weekend here and Kenny was able to swiftly get me a window unit installed until maintenance was able to resolve the issue first thing Monday morning. The location proximity to everything makes this the perfect place for me. You can literally walk to Jordan Creek mall or any of the restaurants nearby and if you like Pickle Ball, Smash Park is only 2 blocks away. Kudos to Kenny, Lexi and Emily of the leasing office team as well as the maintenance team associates; Keith, Carl and Dan for making me feel most welcome in my new home. I’m gonna be here for a very long time!

I moved here from out of state, the staff was phenomenal, very helpful. The complex and apartments are absolutely beautiful and have lots of clean space. Nice and quiet complex. Maintenance requests are done and completed right away. The new Fitness center is all top of the line equipment and the pool is Gorgeous!! Love living in BelleMeade.

These apartments for their price are splendid. The interior and quality of living is spot on. I moved out of downtown because it was too loud and I finally am in a space where I don’t hear my neighbors and it’s peaceful and quiet.
Their landlord staff has been extremely responsive. I moved into a newly constructed building and there were issues with appliances and whatnot (which can be expected with new construction) and everything was fixed within a week of move in. I know some places won’t get to it for weeks so I appreciated their commitment to keeping their residents happy.

I would highly recommend Bellemeade to anyone looking for a fashionable, comfortable, and quiet living experience. Community gates create a nice sense of security. Dog park is well kept and there are plenty of other friendly dogs for your furry friends to play with. People living in this community are kind and friendly. A nice lady on the corner of our apartment would always bring water out to us and our dogs when we were playing with them outside on hot days. It's an amazing little community. Management is amazing here too. The manager Shane was the kindest and friendliest apartment manager I have ever had. He always went out of his way to make our experience as smooth and comfortable possible, including staying past his schedule shift to sort out certain situations with us and answer all of our questions. A completely selfless act. He and the rest of his crew are dedicated, hard workers. We will not forget how much he and other management workers helped make our stay as perfect as possible. The facilities are brand new. The gym and pool area are beautiful and I used them often. Bellemeade provided free cable TV, which is a heck of a deal and I suggest anyone to not take this for granted. There are many more things I could mention, but it would take too long. It was the saddest day when we had to turn our keys in and we will miss our apartment greatly. Thank you Bellemeade!!
