Pets are welcome for an additional fee. SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles). Located in the charming Saint Anthony West neighborhood of Minneapolis, this apartment is just a block away from BF Nelson Park and Nicollet Island. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and early/late check-out is available upon request for a $20-25 hourly fee. Late checkouts incur a $100 fee for the first hour and a full day's charge thereafter. All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival, and an $8 background check fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking.
