Moved in recently and i am very pleased with apartment and the amenities provided in the building. The whole move in process was handled and made easy by Samantha at the leasing office. She took care of other issues and concerns i had professionally and in a timely manner.
I’d like to express my gratitude to the AireMSP management team. They’re fair and go by the book but will still do their best to help you when things are out of their control. I understand how difficult it is to make everyone happy or get things done, especially when your hands are tied by upper management and company policies but still, thank you all for trying your best!
If you’re an airline or airport employee, then honestly look no further. Their hotel shuttle has been so clutch for my travels and I saved a ton of money by living in a space where the main costs of living are flat rate and upfront.
My life came to a grinding halt when I moved in by myself from NYC in 2022. For me, AireMSP’s rooms are so quiet and isolated from the outside world. Keep in mind that the their windows do not open for safety precautions due to the height of the building, if you know what I mean. 😥 It is a hotel room converted to residential use which is actually a very common practice in new high-rises in NYC to fully utilize space in a building.
The isolating environment was a double-edged sword because at times I felt very lonely living there but, that also gave me plenty of space for introspection and personal growth.
I have grown considerably in just the 2 years of living in AireMSP and therefore, I felt very bittersweet moving out to Los Angeles from here, but it was a necessary step for me to propel my life and my career.
I hope AireMSP will continue their current business model as it will, in my opinion, attract first-time solo residents working in aviation like me.
We had a GREAT experience!! Samantha is AMAZING, as is Carolyn and Mary!! Samantha was helpful, understanding, attentive, funny and took the pressure off of apartment hunting. They all worked very hard to help us get what we needed and wanted. You guys are amazing and we're incredibly thankful for y'all.

I was so excited when I discovered your apartments and the concept of turning part of a hotel into an apartment. When I got there it was just like I expected, exciting! I loved it. The views from the apartment windows were very cool. I like hustle and bustle having a restaurant on site and even a cocktail lounge plus a coffee bar!! The swimming pool is awesome, not to mention the hot tub and sauna. I don't think it's for everyone but for those who like a more lively atmosphere it couldn't be compared!
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from Samantha L., the apartment leasing agent at Aire MSP Apartments. As a younger college intern in need of a short-term lease, I faced numerous challenges finding a suitable place for my three-month stay. However, Samantha went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
From the moment I contacted Samantha, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. She guided me through the leasing process, answered all my questions, and ensured that everything was in place for my arrival. Even when unexpected issues arose, Samantha handled them promptly and efficiently, always prioritizing my comfort and convenience.

The tour with Sam was great !the apartment view, was beautiful, the grill restaurant and bar ,coffee shop lil market, hot tub,sauna,pool,fitness center, plus free airport shuttle, so quiet its a upscale highrise with all the perks like from the tv show the jeffersons where moving on up the only thing missing is ralph the doorman I hope to be a new tenant
The whole moving in process was quick. The staff was amazing and they were able to work with me on certain think’s. Building has everything you would need.

I Absolutely love living here so far and could not ask for a better view! Being a Disabled Veteran, safety, accessibility and convenience are extremely important. Anything I would need or want is across the hall or an elevator ride away. I feel safe knowing others cannot access the building, mail, elevator or even my floor, without proper credentials and passes, that is a super plus! The VA Medical Center is only a few minutes away. I am a short drive from family and friends and when they come visit, there is something for every age. Great food and coffee, pool and game room and many other amenities inside and outside. If you are into Aviation, it makes it even more spectacular!! The Leasing Consultant Sam, made the process for me effortless, in conjunction with Angela from The Minnesota Council for Veterans, she has gone above and beyond to get me squared away! I would say my 8hr drive was well worth it to move here!!
