The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, washcloths, a wash basin, mirror, and a toilet. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and you must inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. An additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply to Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. This centrally located apartment offers easy access to lovely sights and memorable scenes. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security.
