Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations: South Beach (8 min / 3 miles), Wynwood (5 min), Brickell City Center (2 miles south), Design District (2 miles north), Arsht Center & Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami Nightlife. Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. The building is undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed, and if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. No visitors or any guests will be permitted at any time during stay for any reservation shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building, and if your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. Includes 400Mbps Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
