My family and I have been living here for over 2 years and honestly enjoy our experience with Riverhouse at 11th primarily bc of management & community feel they offer. They’re swift and transparent with any community and resident issues that need any repair or attention. The management and maintenance staff are always courteous and helpful. We enjoy the occasional food trucks that stop by the property as well! Would recommend.

This was the best experience we could have asked for. Rychardson was very kind attentive and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and went into great detail about all the amenities and services offered at riverhouse. He was a great representation for the staff and environment we can expect at riverhouse. The apartments are beautiful and community areas are modern and luxurious.
