After 12 years living in Miami, I finally found a home at Casero. The apartments are wonderful. Mine has two bedrooms and two master bathrooms. The condominium is a very peaceful place with the best amenities, including a pool, gym, dog spa, and BBQ area. The staff, from the manager Yoselin (I hope I’m not mistaken with her name) to the maintenance guys, and Jaildelys Regal making sure everything is clean and shiny while always smiling to every resident are always very helpful, and problems are usually resolved on the same day. I am very happy living at Casero!

I've been living in Casero for almost a year and I couldn't be happier! The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the community is quiet and respectful. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby places. The office team is always prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Casero to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
We recently toured the property and were very impressed. They had by far the best amenities of all the properties we toured and the units were spacious and modern. Overall great choice. Special thanks to Talay for great attention and knowledge.

I visited a relative and when I departed I unknowingly lost my wallet. Someone from their grounds team found it and quickly returned it to the main office. The manager was able to retrieve my identity, contact me, and I was able to retrieve my wallet before driving too far. The apartments are modern and well-kept. Likewise, the grounds are maintained nicely. But it is the staff that really makes Casero a wonderful place to live and visit.
I've been living in the Casero community for a while now, and I am absolutely in love with this place. Everything here is beautiful, neat, and clean—simply perfect! From the moment we moved in, the staff made everything smooth and easy for us, creating a seamless transition to our new home. Daymaris was the one helping us with the paperwork, and I can't thank her enough for her assistance, she always has a smile on her face and the right answer.
Recently, I had a few things that needed fixing in my apartment. I put in a maintenance request, and David and Tony came immediately to resolve the issue. They were awesome—very professional and nice. I've known David from our previous community, and he consistently delivers the best service. This recent experience is just one example of the excellent service provided by the maintenance team at Casero, they are the best, thank you so much.
The entire community and staff, including Daymaris, Erika, and Glory, provide exceptional service. Joeglys, the property manager, is always hands-on. Every time I see her around, she's fixing something and is always very polite and helpful, every suggestion I have made is being taken seriously by Joeglys.
Casero is an ideal place to raise a family or work from home. As a family, we are very particular about the environment where we are raising our children, especially concerning noise and activities. Casero exceeds our expectations with plenty of things for kids to do and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. They constantly have events for the whole community, and the gym is AWESOME! They even have a room for babies to play while parents work out—like omg, they really thought about everything! Plus, the lobby is one of the nicest I've seen. They have plenty space for people to have zoom meetings or to study from the lobby.
I can't wait for the amazing memories we are going to create at Casero. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a perfect living environment.

The management team at this apartment complex is outstanding! They are incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. Their communication is excellent, keeping everyone informed about updates and community events. A truly top-notch team!
