This is my first time leaving a long review despite living in almost a dozen buildings. Adrian and the flow team/building are truly a dream come true. I’ve never met a more patient, kind, knowledgeable, and vibrant person to help me find my home. He is made for this job and represents Miami and this building SO WELL. It’s always felt like such a corporate process where I always ended up unhappy from the first second of interacting. Adrian felt like a friend from the first second and continued that until I found my perfect apartment. I’m extremely picky and it took a lot of back and forth (and hear me out flow is already ten times better than anything I’ve seen) and he remained as amazing as the first second we spoke. I already feel welcomed there weeks before I’m even moving in and so stoked to be part of the flow family. The amenities feel like a luxury resort but most importantly…the culture is unlike ANYTHING I’ve ever seen before, especially in an apartment building. Thank you Flow and Adrian. 🩷🩷🩷You are magical!

The Flow House (coffeeshop, merchandise, yoga studio place) within the Flow tower in downtown Miami is not only beautiful but also serves a great coffee. If you are exploring the downtown area and are down for a coffee, this is the place to sip on a great one. Enjoy!
