Modera Edgewater is a beautiful modern building. Everyone is very helpful. What keeps the building working smoothly is their maintenance department. Ramon is very helpful, polite and professional always quick to respond and fix anything that needs attention. Charles is also very helpful when needed.

Our experience has been great so far! Everything is clean and well maintained. Our move was a stressful situation but the team at Modera Edgewater made it as painless and streamlined as possible.
Major kudos to Thomas, our leasing agent who handled our many questions patiently and kindly. Our interactions with Sofia during the application and approval process were super efficient and friendly as well! Last but definitely not least, a big shout out to Tony in maintenance who helped us almost immediately upon request with a few minor items in our apartment. Thank you to the whole team!

I love living at Modera. The place is beautiful and very clean, plus no noise around which I appreciate a lot. The leasing office team are very nice and attentive and the ]maintenance team are wonderful people and respond quickly and effectively to the call, especially Ramon and the supervisor Jean Sahdala. I mean everybody that works at Modera are great staring from the lady that does the cleaning to the main person. The amenities are in great condition and the neighborhood is amazing. I walk to the bay every single day to meditate in font of the ocean.
