We just renewed our lease with Avalon Merrick Park and living here has been an incredibly pleasant experience for us. The entire team—from the leasing office to maintenance and concierge—has been consistently friendly, welcoming, and committed to making this place feel like home. They are approachable, always ready to help, and impressively responsive. One example is Jonathan from the concierge team. He goes above and beyond to assist, including helping me with heavy perishable packages that I couldn’t manage on my own. His kindness and dedication truly stand out. I sincerely appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff and genuinely enjoy living here.

I’ve been living at Avalon Merrick Park for six months now, and it’s been such a positive experience. The leasing office team is always attentive and helpful, ensuring any questions or needs are quickly addressed. Special shout-out to Joseph from the 5th Avenue Concierge – he’s consistently welcoming, warm, and goes above and beyond to make every interaction feel personal. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, are well-maintained and make for a great community atmosphere.
