Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included.
