I will be moving into Lofts 590 in about 2 weeks or so. But I have been working with Shauntia on the process of moving in. She has been so wonderful and easy to work with. She has gotten back to me in a matter of minutes with answers to a lot of questions. I had reached out to a lot of apartment buildings with questions about their apartments and amenities and such. None of the other apartments have been as quick with answering questions or as kind as Shauntia. She has been so easy to work with and should definitely be appreciated. I expect my move in to go very seamlessly.

The staff at Lofts 590 are always professional, polite, responsive and a pleasure to talk with! We've lived in this building for 6 years now and have always had great interactions with the staffers. Leasing agent Shauntia has been so helpful to my husband and I, especially when we moved from our 2nd floor apartment to our 1st floor apartment earlier this year (the only reason we moved to the first floor was for convenience and economic purposes.) Shauntia always greets me with a smile and has a great sense of humor as well! The building could not run nearly as smoothly as it does without the competence and professionalism of concierges Negeset and Asefa. They enter and sort all packages that are delivered to the tenants and are responsible for sending notifications of the same to the tenants, and this building receives a lot of deliveries on a daily basis. Like Shauntia, Asefa and Negeset always greet me with a smile and a warm greeting, always ready to answer questions with professional courtesy. Maintenance staffers Maribel and Jovon are extremely hard-working and very competent professionals as well and each of them have provided us with great work in each of our apartments. Recently, Maribel was on call for emergencies, and he came to our apartment after 12 midnight to repair a leak that required immediate attention, and he successfully repaired the problem in 30 to 40 minutes. Like the other staff, Jovon and Maribel are always kind and professional.
