I just moved into this apartment, and this is one of the best move-in experiences I've had. What has stood out has been the help of the entire leasing team: Irene, Renee, Donovan - they've been really accommodating. The apartment itself is a fantastic location with everything nearby. So far, super happy!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to move to Equity Apartments at Clarendon. This place checks all the boxes for the perfect living experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location is unbeatable. What's even better is the affordability - I feel like I've struck gold with this apartment.

I lived at the Reserve at Clarendon for 3 years and the only reason I am moving is because I moved into an house for more space. I loved my time there and was always so pleased with management and maintenance, always very attentive and nice. Definitely recommend, and location is hard to beat!

Donovan with the leasing office here does a really great job. My move in recently went seamless and had no issues. Got all my apps and fobs situated quickly. If I do have any issues he is quick to respond and take care of it. Really a great team here!
We just recently moved into this building and already love it. We were in temporary corporate housing in another apartment building - coming to The Reserve was like night and day. Irene, the Leasing Team member, was so incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. She certainly went above and beyond our expectations, doing everything possible to ensure our move-in was smooth. She made our experience very positive, and the other Reserve team members are also awesome/friendly/helpful. The building is not the newest but it is well-maintained and all of the appliances/fixtures are good.
I think I've toured every apartment on the Orange line and most on the Blue after living in Arlington for over 8 years and being a very picky shopper. Tyler (and Renae and the concierge team) are the most patient and helpful leasing and management team I've ever encountered. I ask A LOT of questions, and they answered every one with thoughtful detail and follow-through. They went out of their way to help me feel at home before I'd even signed a lease. The only reason I didn't end up leasing was because I got an opportunity to move next door to my current apartment and couldn't pass up the easy move. Otherwise, the Reserve at Clarendon Centre has every amenity I could hope for, is clean and well-appointed, and offers a variety of floor plans and beautiful views. I might have nightmares about passing up on that rooftop deck! If you're looking for an apartment in the Arlington area, I highly recommend making the Reserve one of your first stops.
It's a wonderful place to live! The location and proximity to anything one might need is alone worth it. All the building staff are kind and competent, and the rooms and amenities are well designed and maintained

I lived at The Reserve at Clarendon for just over two years, and only have very positive things to say about it. This is a top-notch place to live in Clarendon and I cannot recommend it enough.
Location: This location cannot be beat in Clarendon. You are few minutes walk from the Clarendon metro and Trader Joe's, there is an excellent Orange Theory across the street with the best coaches, and you are a quick walk away from a wide diversity of restaurants (sweet green, sushi, bistros, bakeries, pizza, Thai, south block, the list goes on).
Amenities: The amenities are also fantastic. The rooftop is spectacular all year round (and a total life-saver during COVID), the gym has everything you need for a good workout, the concierge desk is so wonderfully helpful, the units are clean, updated, comfortable, and safe.
Management: To top it off, the management goes above and beyond to make tenant experiences the best they can be. Tyler in specific is very quick to respond to any tenant questions or concerns. Due to the pandemic, I ended up needing to end my lease a little bit earlier than anticipated, and Tyler was so helpful and amenable to my last-minute change in plans. Thank you, Tyler!
10/10 across the board on this apartment unit! You can't go wrong!
