Zack and Taylor have been so efficient and accommodating as I transferred apartments within the community. My husband sustained injuries in a fall which necessitated a move from a second floor to a first floor apartment in a different building. We have been at Avalon for 3 years and definitly weren’t looking to move elsewhere. Zak and Taylor guided me every step of the way from touring to leasing to my move. Well done

Avalon Falls Church is a great place to live! what really makes Avalon Falls Church so special compared to other places is the community and people who work here. I personally wanna give a shout out to one of those employees, a community specialist named Zachary Moore. Zachary has really created a positive experience for us through out the whole leasing process. His professionalism, kindness and desire to go above and beyond are just some things that stood out to me. It will be great living in a community where the employees care so much about the residents and their experience!
