Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms incurs a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times; any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee.
