The fully equipped kitchen has full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, electric range/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans, and basic spices for cooking. The building has a lounge, bark park, and a wellness studio/gym. Reserved parking is available for guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite, and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 21 years old. All persons staying overnight for the duration of the reservation must be accounted for on your guest list. If any violation of house rules are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons. All guests will be required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number to contact for emergencies.
