The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the recently redone bathroom features a double vanity and soaking tub. Other amenities include fresh coffee (organic local Ruta Maya) and tea fixings, a washer/dryer and detergent, bath and beach towels, and a Britta water filter. There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom with antennas. A propane grill and dining table are available on the deck. If you plan on bringing a pet, a $50 pet fee will be charged for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left unattended. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. If a complaint is received, the issue will be addressed with the primary renter, and a second complaint may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the ashtray provided. A cleaning fee of $115 applies for shorter stays and $200 for 30+ stays.
