The Kaleido House offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing large meals, with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's approximately 2 miles away and several smaller convenience stores just blocks away. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, while the second bedroom offers two XL twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Additional amenities include fresh organic local Ruta Maya coffee and tea fixings, a washer/dryer with detergent, bath and beach towels, and a Britta water filter in the refrigerator. A gas grill with tools and grate covers is available on the deck. For those bringing pets, a pet fee of $50 applies for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. A cleaning fee of $115 is charged for shorter stays and $200 for stays of 30 days or more. This apartment is part of a duplex with a shared wall, so noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:30 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew, and violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the provided ashtray, and butts should not be discarded on the ground. Check-in is contactless with a keyless deadbolt, and the apartment is fully stocked with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, lotion, basic kitchen items, and organic coffee beans with a grinder and drip coffee maker.
