Organic local Ruta Maya coffee beans, a variety of teas and cream, organic sugar, and Splenda are provided. A ROKU Smart TV with an antenna for local channels is available in the living room, with streaming capability to all your favorite streaming apps. The apartment also includes irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap, sheets, towels, and beach towels. Off-street parking is available for one car. Free laundry is available on the first level. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left unattended. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. Located in the Zilker neighborhood, one of Austin's favorites, you'll find huge trees, quiet streets, charming architecture, and proximity to much of what makes Austin special. It's just .33 miles to Barton Springs and Zilker Park and approximately 2 miles to downtown. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew. If a complaint is received, the issue will be addressed with the primary renter, and a second complaint may result in immediate eviction without refund. You are renting the whole property, which is not a shared unit. Contactless check-in is available with a keyless deadbolt.

Other amenities include bed linens, four sets of towels including beach towels for Barton Springs, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, Roku TV with digital antenna channels, board games, high-speed Wi-Fi, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make-up removal wipes and other basic bathroom essentials. There is a free laundry room downstairs and a gas grill out front for your use as well. Additional linens, a floor sleeping mat, bed rails, baby equipment, pet furniture covers, a dog crate or a baby gate are available upon request. There is one off-street reserved parking space right in front of the door and additional free parking on the street. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 - $100, depending on length of stay. The Zilker/Barton Hills neighborhood is one of Austin's favorites, with huge trees, quiet streets and access to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, boating on Lady Bird Lake and the hike and bike trail. This property is 2 miles to downtown and close to restaurants and shopping on South Lamar, South Congress and South 1st streets. There is a bus stop about 2/3 mile away on Barton Springs Rd if you want access to public transport. There are lots of bike and scooter rentals all around. The hike and bike trails are also a fabulous way to get around Austin via bike or on foot. There are multiple rideshare companies (Earth Rides, Lyft and Uber) if you don't want to rent a car. Contactless check-in is available with a keyless deadbolt. Includes a desk.
