This fully furnished apartment features a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a seasonal increase to $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $250 to $350 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Nestled in the heart of Manhattan's Upper East Side, this apartment is ideally located near the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and a short walk from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations. Enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities, including a laundry store, grocery store, deli, and Starbucks Coffee just around the corner. With a plethora of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. The apartment is no-smoking and no-parties are allowed, with penalties applicable for violations. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
