The Sweet features a Tempurpedic king-size bed in the bedroom, a large closet, and a full-length standing mirror. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything needed to cook a meal or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with a drip pot, coffee beans, and grinder. Additional kitchen appliances like an Instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer are available upon request. The condo is equipped with essentials such as irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap, and towels, including beach towels for Barton Springs Pool. A cleaning fee of $105 applies for shorter stays and $150 for stays of 30+ days. If bringing a pet, a fee of $50 is charged for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets should be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request.
