This peaceful home away from home features hardwood floors and a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. It comfortably sleeps up to four with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The large, comfortable living room offers plenty of space to relax. With on-site rental parking and coin-operated laundry, this cozy home has everything you need. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets must sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $10 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Nestled in a residential area with beautiful Victorian homes, the neighborhood offers a family-run market, coffee shop, and pizza and sushi restaurants. Minutes away from Jamaica Pond, the Green Line D train, and the 60 bus, it provides easy access to explore the area. The apartment is offered for short-term, transient use only and is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. The apartment offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area to accommodate your work-from-home needs. A laptop computer is not included.
