Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy. Pets are allowed depending on their size, with additional cleaning fees as follows: $25 per night per pet for stays of 1-4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5-29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. Guest verification is required to meet legal and security requirements, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID, verifying contact details, completing a verification process, and possibly undergoing a background check. This information is used solely for verification purposes. By booking, you agree to follow rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, complete the background check if required, and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions. Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled. Surveillance cameras are located in the hallways for security, and a Minut device monitors noise levels inside the unit.
