This house boasts a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a dedicated laundry area, and a complete set of linens for your convenience. The state-of-the-art pool transforms the home into a private oasis of relaxation and entertainment. Two pets are allowed for an additional $100 fee per pet. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. This home is nestled in the heart of East Austin, embodying the vibrant and diverse spirit of one of Austin's most dynamic neighborhoods. Renowned for its eclectic community, thriving arts and culture scene, and enticing culinary offerings, this home provides an ideal base for exploring the richness of East Austin. It's conveniently situated near Downtown and the UT campus. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries. Great location just 1 mile from the University of Texas. East Austin is also home to many popular attractions, including Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, The Blanton Museum of Art, and The Paramount Theatre. East Austin is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines running through the area. You can also easily get around by bike or car. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. This property has an unsupervised water feature, and there is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk and monitor children at all times. Please, no glass in the pool area, and please place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are animals raised by locals near the property. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, so please keep all windows and doors closed and feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. Please clean up after your pets.
