The kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee and tea. Enjoy high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows and linens for comfortable sleeping, a Smart TV for streaming, fast internet, and an on-site washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The home has mini-split air conditioning for the summer heat and a private rooftop patio with a beautiful view. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $35/pet/night pet fee. Dedicated parking is available. This location is fantastic, with Amazon, the University of Washington, the Zoo and the Rose Garden all within 10 minutes. It’s a piece of Seattle that doesn’t feel crowded, but at the same time, it has everything you need, from great restaurants to one of the most unique urban parks. It is very walkable with excellent transit options. Multiple bus routes or a quick drive/Uber will take you downtown. The floor plan has a bed and bath on different levels (1st and 3rd) with the living room in the middle floor, perfect for group travel. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes are allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom and a laundry area, with heating only but comfortable without air conditioning in summer. The second floor has a living room with a Smart TV (Netflix provided) and a queen sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchen with air conditioning. The third floor has a primary bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bath with air conditioning. The fourth floor has a rooftop deck with outdoor furniture.
