Park with ease in your own reserved parking spot, with an additional parking spot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $35 per pet per night. This home is a short walk to Bellevue Downtown Park, Bellevue Square, the art museum, local shops, and top-rated restaurants. It is also a few minutes from downtown Bellevue's shopping and dining, as well as several bus routes and the soon-to-be-open Light Rail (East Main Station) that goes into downtown Seattle. Renting a car is advised to explore other parts of Bellevue or other cities around Seattle. This is a pet-friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and bring poop bags to pick up after them. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, no digital piracy is allowed, and no shoes are allowed in the home.
