Quick freeway access via I-5 and I-90 makes commuting by car simple. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property or within 20 feet of any windows or doors; a $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed for violations. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. The maximum number of occupants is 4 guests. Tampering with security devices is prohibited and may result in termination of the reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am, unless discussed with the host in advance. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs/parking passes with unregistered guests is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Lost or non-returned building fobs will incur a $250 fee, garage remotes a $300 fee, and parking passes a $100 fee. Pets will need to be added as an extra guest on the reservation for $10 per night. A 30-night minimum stay is required. Move-in is available within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
