Pest control is routinely conducted due to the coastal location and high humidity, and occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. Smoking is not allowed and is subject to a $200 fine for violations confirmed by use of an ozone machine. No parties or events are allowed.
