At Valhalla our valued residents love our excellent southside location that has easy access to shopping and major crossroads in Corpus, so getting places is very convenient. We have private, hands-on, long-term ownership, so property maintenance is of outmost importance and issues get resolved very quickly, without having to go through multiple levels of management to get decisions made. This helps to provide a much more enjoyable resident experience and avoid much of the frustration of renting. Our residents always appreciate the beautiful property with ample parking, lots of green space, and a gorgeous pool, so even when you’re not in your apartment, you still feel like you’re home and can enjoy more than just your living spaces. This really needs to be toured for yourself to fully appreciate. We have a nice variety of units ranging from affordable efficiencies to well-appointed 2 bedrooms, 2 bath apartments. We consistently stay near full, so if you’re interested in checking us out, please call ASAP before your perfect home becomes someone else's.

I have recently moved into Valhalla apartments for about five months now. I haven’t had any problems with the staff or the property. Erica has been wonderful to the community and staff. Making sure to give updates about what is going on. It definitely a five star rating for my first time being on my own!

My Property Manager and the whole staff are wonderful. I recommend this apartment complex, not only it’s updated clean and the staff are great the price is definitely cheaper than any complex in the area.
