Resident agrees to pay the required animal deposit of $250 or Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative: 1 or 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet will be charged and is due with the pet deposit. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent. Breed restrictions apply.

Armon Bay has the intimate ambiance of a smaller community and features a variety of open-styled, ultra-spacious, one, two and three bedroom floor plans, especially designed for the ultimate in comfort and entertaining ease.

Jessica- office manager, I believe, made it so simple to get into Armon Bay! She is absolutely amazing and helpful! The apartments are great, but we are so greatful to have such great management at the apartments!!! Not to mention maintenance! They are ALWAYS on top of it all from sending the request to addressing the issue! Their response time is above average! I have several friends at other "higher end" apartments and Armon Bays staff trumps them!

Since the day I called the property to find out information, viewing the property and signing my lease, Ms. Jess has been Fantastic! She took the time to find out exactly what I needed and how to accommodate my son and me. She explained everything that was expected from me and what I could expect from the property. (Nothing hidden). Mr. Micheal takes care of our home and updates me on everything. The communication level is phenomenal. Being part of the Armon Bay community has been a blessing the last few months. My son gets excited to see Ms. Jess and Mr. Micheal around the property. They always say hello and ask how we are doing and if we had a good day. Puts a smile on me and my son’s face EVERYTIME! They make their tenants feel at home. Choosing Armon Bay was the best decision I have made. Thank you, Ms. Jess, for helping us find our new home.
