Resident agrees to pay the required animal deposit of $250 or Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative: 1 or 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet will be charged and is due with the pet deposit. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent. Breed restrictions apply.

Great place to call home! We have been here going on 2 years and have not had any problems. Office staff is so friendly and understanding along with the maintenance crew, if you need anything to be replaced/fixed they are quick to do so. I'm happy we chose to live at the Summit Apartments as first time renters!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with The Summit Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting at The Summit Apartments, and I strongly recommend their properties to all who ask “Where’s the best area to rent an apartment?” In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with The Summit Apartments it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!
