Resident agrees to pay the required animal deposit of $250 or Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative: 1 or 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet will be charged and is due with the pet deposit. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent. Breed restrictions apply.

At The Veranda, convenience is a way of life.

We recently moved into the The Veranda and we are very happy here. Melissa and Cynthia who are amazing managers made our move here stress fee. The application process was fast and easy. They kept us informed every step of the way. The staff are great and are ready to help when needed. It is a quiet community and neighbors are very friendly. Great amenities and weekly events have made us feel welcome. Apartments and grounds are clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend The Veranda!!!! Stop by you will be glad you did!!

My husband and I loved living here, I wish we didn't have to move! This was actually the first place where we renewed our lease as well. It was such a seamless process to move in, and the office staff, especially Melissa, has always been so helpful and kind. Maintenance was always on top of their game. We had a few leak issues that were never too difficult for them to solve. The apartment complex community is amazing and the neighbors are great, some even became friends. If I could change one thing it would be washer and dryers in units but since there isn't connections, it's understandable and not a dealbreaker when the complex is this amazing. Don't let that stop you from touring here because it was honestly one of the best decisions we ever made. We'll miss you Veranda, you were the best thing about Corpus Christi! ❤️
