This review is a little late, but I absolutely loved Tuscana Bay! Very quiet and a great community. Going to the pool on weekends and grilling with the neighbors was our go to!The staff was very professional and maintenance was always completed the same day. Highly recommend for anyone moving to the area!

I lived here for two years and I loved it. Maintenance was always quick and efficient and Robert was caring and super nice. I never felt unsafe and neighbors were nice and usually quiet. 1 bedroom had an open concept and a decent size bathroom. The only cons I would say was there was no recycling and noisy cars but my window was right by the parking lot so that’s probably why. It is an apartment so of course there was little issues here and there but overall I really liked it, definitely one of the better quality ones in Corpus.
